Our project review service provides our clients with detailed project reviews for varying types of residential and commercial construction projects. These reports can include the review of all project documents, budgets, reports and memos. This may include project drawings, specifications, project contracts, contractor pricing, consulting agreements, Geotechnical reports, project assessments, etc. Initial site visits are always performed to assess the current state of a property and to help better report on the feasibility of the project and whether or not the project documents properly convey the project's intent.

These inspections are primarily used to verify the milestone payments to the primary contractor and that the work has been completed in a workmanlike manner, which is not necessarily the concern of the local building department.
