  • Full accounting of all income and expenses.
  • Reconciliation of and compliance with city/county/state sales taxes, personal property taxes and review insurance coverage.
  • Implementation of professional hotel accounting practices.
  • Full review of all contractual services.
  • Bidding and awarding of service contracts and independent outside services.
  • Physical and monetary asset protection.
  • Ability to maintain current franchise brand relationships and protection of the flagship.
  • Franchise brand compliance.
  • Franchise contract analysis and recommendations.

OPERATIONS:
Our hands on approach and over 25 years of operations experience insures that properties are focused on asset maintenance and management. We evaluate each property and establish a preventive maintenance program to preserve the property to its fullest. We assess service contracts and make adjustments as necessary to have the greatest effect on the bottom line while also preserving the equipment to the fullest and most efficient use. Our unique relationship with Liberty enables us to evaluate and complete major projects more efficiently in order to maintain the asset in “like new condition” and keep the guest coming back.

FINANCE:
Our staff is lean and mean, with strong internal controls, a state-of-the art accounting system backed by a staff of experienced CPAs which allows us to collect, properly interpret and consolidate financial information to ensure our hotels are operating cost-effectively and profitably. We offer timely reporting to closely monitor each property’s operation.
